Report a mistake

Tell us the page, the claim, and where you saw something different. A link to the maker's own page is the most useful thing you can send. We read every report, though we may not reply, and we review them at least once a month. If a report shows that an article breaks one of our rules, we correct the article or remove it. How we write explains how our articles are made.

Questions about fit

Only the maker can confirm whether a housing or case fits your exact phone or camera, so please ask the maker's support team. If a maker tells you something different from what our page says, send it to us as a mistake report.

Brands and press

Placements and rankings on Turtleglint are not for sale. You're welcome to send corrections to how we describe your products, with a link to your own published specifications. If a brand ever gives or lends us a product, or pays us in any other way, we will say so on our Disclosures page and in the articles that feature that product.

To access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, email the address at the top of this page. Our privacy notice explains your rights, and we reply to these requests within one month.
